How to make a return:

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return the item for any reason.
Please send an email with your invoice number to to notify the return.
Items returned must be in unused condition, with the original packaging & sent with a trackable parcel.

Refund policy

Items returned must be in perfect condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging.
If your order was shipped to the EU you will receive the full refund of your original payment including original shipping costs.
If your order was shipped outside the EU you will receive your original payment excluding original shipping costs.
Return­-shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and will not be refunded by us. We also do not refund international customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU. We do not send out shipping labels.


If you have a defect on your sunglasses and you think the cause is due to inaccurate production, please contact us.
R.T.CO does reserve the right to decide wether a warranty claim can be made.
Please contact us via email before sending back any product making a warranty claim.
In case a warranty takes effect, your purchase will be exchanged or a refund will be made.
Scratched glasses are not a warranty case unless they already arrive scratched.

Crooked/not straight/uncomfortably fitting sunglasses:
We check the sunglasses before shipping. However, as acetate is a flexible material, they might not arrive perfectly straight or the way they fit perfectly for your needs.
We advise to have sunglasses fitted individually by an optician or at R.T.CO.
R.T.CO cannot be held responsible should the optician charge for this service.

If you do not want to have them adjusted by an optician you can send them
back for a refund.
We do not send out new pairs in replacement for bend sunglasses.
